Spelt grains/cherry stones are old, rediscovered home remedies. They charge themselves with heat, release it in measured doses and retain the heat they have stored for a long time. There is no danger of scalding and they are therefore particularly suitable for babies and small children. Warmed spelt pillows are particularly good for relieving a rumbling stomach.
For cold application, it is recommended to place the pillow in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer for about an hour.
